How selling works

List in about a minute
Pick the game, enter your section, row and price. No listing fee and nothing to pay if it doesn't sell.

A fan buys your seats
You get an email the moment it sells, and a text if you turn texts on. The buyer's payment is held by Stripe, our payment processor, so the money is already there before you send anything.

Send the tickets the normal way
Transfer them through the team's own free system, the same one you already use: SeatGeek for the Jazz, Mammoth and RSL, and the school ticket account for BYU, Utah and Utah State.

Get paid your full price
Payment releases the moment the buyer confirms the tickets arrived, or automatically 24 hours after the game. Stripe deposits it to your bank, typically within 2 business days.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. Sellers keep 100% of the price they set, not now and not later. The buyer pays the service fee.

How do I know I'll get paid?

The buyer pays before you transfer anything, and Stripe holds that payment. It releases to you when the buyer confirms, or on its own 24 hours after the game if they never do.

How fast do I have to send the tickets?

You confirm the sale, then transfer within 48 hours, sooner when the game is close. Your order page shows exactly where to send them.

What do I need to get started?

An email address to sign in (no password), a verified phone number, and a one-time Stripe setup with your bank details before your first payout. Your first payout on a new Stripe account takes about 7 days while Stripe verifies it. After that it is about 2 business days.
