Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address (used for sign-in links and order notifications).
• Listings & orders: seat details, prices, and transaction history.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers, bank accounts, or government IDs — Stripe collects those under its own privacy policy.
• Verification: if you request a season ticket holder badge, the screenshot you upload is stored until reviewed.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: matching buyers and sellers, sending transactional emails, enforcing deadlines and refunds, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

Your transaction counterparty sees what they need to complete the deal (display name, and for sellers, the buyer's ticket transfer email). Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our hosting providers. Authorities, if legally required.

Your choices

Email us to access or delete your account data. We retain transaction records as required for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes.
