What we collect

• Account: your email address (used for sign-in links and order notifications). Sellers are always anonymous on public pages. Listings show a pseudonymous seller number and track record. Your name and email are never shown publicly.
• Phone (optional): if you opt in to text notifications, we store your phone number and the date and time of your consent. Message frequency varies with your order activity. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
• Listings & orders: seat details, prices, and transaction history.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers, bank accounts, or government IDs. Stripe collects those under its own privacy policy.
• Verification: if you request seat verification, the screenshot you upload is stored until reviewed, then deleted. Verification status appears publicly only as a badge on your listings.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the site secure. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: matching buyers and sellers, sending transactional emails and opted-in text messages, enforcing deadlines and refunds, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

Your transaction counterparty sees what they need to complete the deal (your anonymous seller number, and for sellers, the buyer's ticket transfer email). Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages, if you opt in), and our hosting providers. Authorities, if legally required. We never share your phone number or its opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention & your choices

Email info@beehivetickets.com to access or delete your account data. We retain transaction records as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Verification screenshots are deleted after review. Beehive Tickets is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify you by email before the changes take effect.
