Questions fans ask
›How do I know I'll actually get the tickets?
Your money never goes to the seller until you confirm the tickets landed in your own ticket account. The seller has a hard deadline (48 hours, shorter near game time). If they miss it, you're refunded in full, our fee included, automatically. No asking, no support tickets.
›How do tickets get delivered?
Through each team's official ticketing system: SeatGeek for the Jazz, Mammoth, and RSL, and the schools' own ticket accounts for BYU, Utah, and Utah State football. The fan-to-fan transfer is free and you get the exact same mobile tickets the team issues. The only thing we replace is the fees.
›What does it cost?
Sellers pay nothing. They keep 100% of their listed price. Buyers pay a flat 10% service fee (minimum $2), shown all-in before you pay. Compare that to roughly 10% seller-side plus 20%+ buyer-side on the big marketplaces.
›How do sellers get paid?
Through Stripe, straight to your bank. You can list instantly with zero setup. Connecting your bank takes about two minutes and can wait until your first sale is confirmed. We never see your bank details.
›Can I offer less than the asking price?
Yes, when a listing allows it you'll see a Make an offer tab next to Buy now. Your card is only put on hold for the offer total, never charged unless the seller accepts. If they decline, the offer expires, or you withdraw it, the hold is released in full, automatically.
›What's the ✓ Verified seats badge?
Sellers who verify their seats with proof get a badge on every listing. The same seats build the same reputation, game after game.
›What if a game is postponed or cancelled?
Cancelled without a makeup date: every order is refunded in full. Postponed: your tickets remain valid for the new date and the sale stands, same as every major marketplace.
Got seats you can't use?
Listed in under a minute. Zero setup, zero seller fees. You keep every dollar of your price.
