How it works
Buy at the fan's price
Pay the listed price plus a flat 10% fee — shown all-in before checkout. We hold the money; the seller isn't paid yet.
Free SeatGeek transfer
The seller sends the exact tickets to your email through SeatGeek's official transfer. Same app you'd use anyway, zero transfer cost, hard deadline.
Confirm — seller gets paid
Tap “Got my tickets” and we release the money. If the tickets never arrive, you get every cent back automatically.
Questions fans ask
›How do I know I'll actually get the tickets?
Your money never goes to the seller until you confirm the tickets landed in your SeatGeek account. The seller has a hard deadline (24 hours, shorter near game time). If they miss it, you're refunded in full — including our fee — automatically. No asking, no support tickets.
›Why SeatGeek transfer?
The Jazz and Mammoth both use SeatGeek as their official ticketing platform, and SeatGeek's fan-to-fan transfer is free. You get the exact same mobile tickets in the official app — the only thing we replace is the 30% in fees.
›What does it cost?
Sellers pay nothing — they keep 100% of their listed price. Buyers pay a flat 10% service fee (minimum $2), shown all-in before you pay. Compare that to roughly 10% seller-side plus 20%+ buyer-side on the big marketplaces.
›How do sellers get paid?
Through Stripe, straight to your bank. You can list instantly with zero setup — connecting your bank takes about two minutes and can wait until your first sale is confirmed. We never see your bank details.
›What's the ✓ Season ticket holder badge?
Sellers who verify their season seats get a badge on every listing. Their section and row repeat all season, so their reputation compounds game after game.
›What if a game is postponed or cancelled?
Cancelled without a makeup date: every order is refunded in full. Postponed: your tickets remain valid for the new date and the sale stands — same as every major marketplace.
Got seats you can't use?
List them in under a minute. Zero setup, zero seller fees — you keep every dollar of your price.
